Connecting The appearance of Trojan War stories on everyday objects such as decorated pots seems to be an indication of the popularity and cultural importance of these tales to the ancient Greeks. What traditional stories function in the same way for modern Americans? What equivalent everyday decorative use of U.S. cultural materials (such as patriotic symbols or images of popular heroes or legends) is made in the contemporary United States? How is the American use of such materials like and unlike the ancient Greek use of Trojan War stories to decorate pots?

The seventh Amendment is the part of US Bill of Rights. It includes the right to a jury trial in civil cases. It guarantees jury trial for the civil cases in federal courts. These type of cases are not heard in federal courts anymore. It was added in the Bill of Rights of US constitution on 5th September,1789.
In 17th century English judges never gave fair rulings as they were biased towards the king, even after getting their freedom form king in 1701 the judges were still biased. After the independence, the constitution framers knew the value of fair court system and hence they incorporated the right to have trial by jury as a fundamental law of country.
The seventh amendment is different as it is based on the distinction between common law and equity.
