What groups supported the patriot war effort and how did they contribute?

Continental army, Smiths, farmers women (took mens jobs when they were called for war) were all groups that supported the Patriot War Effort by contributing.

young white men: served and fought
some free africans: served in army
women: raised money, made clothes, served as nurses, messengers, spies

Tecumseh because William Henry Harrison was seen as the hero. They fought with Shawnee indians who was led by Tecumseh’s brother.
