Well , the volume of water they displace as ice is the same as the volume of water they add to the ocean when they melt so it does NOT rise when the sea ice melts. So I believe it’s the second one and all scientists agree that global warming is caused mainly by human active so I do not know about everyone else since there are some stubborn people out there that believe it’s not there fault.
