John Locke's beliefs in natural rights appears in the Declaration of Independence in the form of the preamble stating: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Locke believed that man had the unalienable rights of life liberty and the pursuit of property.

I think the most important aspect relating to the spread of language is that we could communicate better and tell each other what we needed in a timely manner. Proof of this is day to day life we communicate to one other everyday from asking for food to getting a job. Without the spread of language it would be close to nearly impossible to have a civilized society or to ever get anything accomplished. It even helps us in relationships like communicating in relationships with family, friends, teachers, society. We use it in modern day technology (e-mail, standard mail, text/phone calls).
