b. Franklin Roosevelt
Explanation:
FDR was an American politician who served as the 32nd President of the United States until his death in 1933. Roosevelt was born in Hyde Park, New York, an American-American family, best known for the reputation of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States, and William Henry Espinwall. Roosevelt spearheaded unprecedented federal legislation and issued executive orders for the introduction of the New Deal - various initiatives designed for relief, restoration and reform. Numerous programs have been devised to alleviate unemployment and farmers seeking economic reform, along with the National Recovery Administration and other programs. He also made major regulatory reforms to finance, communications and labor, and chaired the end of the ban. He used radio to speak directly to the American people, gave 30 "fermented chat" radio addresses during his presidency, and became the first American president to make television. The economy grew rapidly from 1933 to 1936, and Roosevelt won the landslide again in 1936. However, in 1937 and 1938, the economy was again in deep recession. He also launched "Fireside Chat," in which he addressed his constituents directly by radio, often using these chats to force the New York State Legislature to pursue its agenda.Ответ:
