Why did china resent japan more than it did other nations?

Japan's occupation of China left numerous inhumane activities and millions of dead Chinese in different cities. Biological warfare testing was done to Chinese people, a large number of women became prostitutes, millions of refugees crossed the borders of China to other countries. The war left worth of billions of damage to the country's economy.  

I'm pretty sure it's D, all of the above.
