4. a) The angle of elevation of the top of a tower from the bottom of a column is 60° and the angle of depression of the top of the column from the top of the tower is 30° 1 the height of the column is 18m, find the height of the tower. b) From the foot of a house, the angle of elevation of the top of a temple is 45º and from the top of the house the angle of elevation of the top of the temple is 15°. If the height of the house is 40m, find the height of the temple and distance from house to the temple. (Tan 15° = 0.268)

c) There are two posts. The angle of elevation of the top of the second post from the foot of the first is 60° and that of the top of the first post from the foot of the second is 30° If the height of the first post is 1003 m, find the height of the second post.

d) From the top of a tower, the angle of depression to the bottom of a pillar on the same surface of height 20m is 60°. If the angle of depression from the top of the pillar to the bottom of the tower is 22°, find the height of the tower. (Tan 22°= 0.4)
