I got the five from how many numbers there were. )

The mode is 7.04. (The mode is the number that appears the most, for the answer in my example above, it would be 4)

The median is 12.99. (The median, is the number in the middle of all the numbers. For the answer for mine, the median would be 4. It's right smack in the middle. 

Unfortunately, I don't know what IQR stands for, so I can't help you with that one.
