Im in the hospital and missed so much math me 5-8

Hopefully this is correct and what the teacher wants. 

Start by finding the gradient or the slope:

m = change in y/ change in x
m = (4 - -4)/(7 - -5)
m = 8/2
m = 4

Find the y intercept by plugging in one coordinate for x and y, I will use (7,4) but it doesn’t matter:

y = mx + c
y = 4x + c
4 = 4(7) + c
4 = 28 + c
4 - 28 = c
c = -24

3. The equation of the line is y = 4x - 24
