So,     for x  = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4

⇒ (0 x 0.10) + (1 x 0.25) + (2 x 0.35) + (3 x B) + (4 x C) = 1.9

⇒ 0 + 0.25 + 0.70 + 3B + 4C = 1.9

⇒ 3B + 4C = 1.9 - 0.95
