Name three items that have a capacity greater than 10 liters

Just about everything: fuel for transport/heating, beer (except in the UK), wine, milk, water, ….

Except in the US, Liberia and Myanmar, of course. Even in the US, many beverage containers are measured in liters although not by any means all.

And except for large quantities. For example, oil (petroleum) is measured in barrels, capacity of reservoirs is measured in cubic meters (I think), etc.
