to start you have to use pythagorean theorem (a^2 + b^2 = c^2) to get the side lengths.
so you would make a triangle at the sides like you have done. so starting with the side wx the length would be 2 √(10 because we have two sides and not the hypotenuse (which is the length we need) so it would be 2^2 + 6^2 = c^2 which equals 40. and the square root of 40 is 2 √(10. now you do the same for the rest of the sides accordingly. so side wz is 3 √(10, side zy is the same as wx and xy is the same as wz.
perimeter is all sides added together which is 10√(10 or 31.623
and area is l x w which is 60
