It would have to be .6 since the 0 is more likely a place holder or pushing the number back even more so .06 is even smaller then .6 so your answer is most likely .6 as well as 0.06 is in the six hundredths while 0.6 is in the six tenths. One hundredth is ten times smaller then a tenth.
