3. Declaration - this is a forceful statement or an announcement of something that is deemed important. This also considered an official statement and is disclosed to public for an intended purpose. Regarding specific cases, a declaration refers to stating the facts that serves as a ground to support the case. It can includes many sections that explains the reasons why actions were made.
4. Self-government - this is the ability of a person or group to do things on their own or have control without the influence or authority from outside. When it comes to economy, this refers to the rule of the people. This can also be practiced in school, whereby students participate in making the school laws and enforcing them as well. This is a common characteristic for democratic countries where people has a say in the society.
