There are different characteristics that Weber used in the religious orientation that is called Protestant ethics.  

To use the time wisely to serve the god oneself. To use wealth wisely and rationally and use things that God has given to human beings properly and wisely. Some characteristics are used to promote the capitalistic economics system.  Every person has been called by God for a specific profession. By a specific profession make the money and used that money for people.
