Article 10 of the Human Rights Act: Freedom of expression

Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.

At first, people were very unsure about the whole idea of space mining. They didn't know whether it was safe or an ethical thing to do. However, over time, the population exploded and people are starting to grow more curious about space in the event that we exhaust all of our resources.

Many people now mine in space primarily for research.
