Background information: .

. - A moth was hatched that has a mutation on the gene responsible for the length of the wings. It develops wings that are 1 % cm long,
and 2 cm wide.
Question: Would this mutation be beneficial, neutral, or harmful to the survival of the moth?
O Neutral because they moth still has wings
O Harmful because the moth has a different color wing that it should so it won't be able to find a mate
Harmful because smaller wings means that the moth probably won't be able to carry its body weight and fly to get food and
escape predators
Beneficial because now the moth has better camouflage
