In the picture below, a dog stands on a float in a pool about to jump
onto the pool deck. How could Newton's 3rd Law cause a problem?
a. The dog will have a lot of acceleration as he jumps away from the float.
b. When the dog jumps off the float to the left he is pushing the float to the right and
he might fall in the water.
c. The dog was at rest so he wants to stay at rest. It is going to be more difficult to get
