For the introduction, you need background information for you experiment. Why you did it, why you used what you used, basically anything that the reader needs to know before you go into detail about the actual experiment.
The procedures are easy. You essentially just need to walk the reader through the experiment step by step with enough detail that they could recreate it on their own if they wanted. I don’t know about your teacher, but most prefer you don’t use personal pronouns (I.e. “I” “me” “my” “you” etc) so I usually write them as a set of commands (“first, make sure any surfaces being used are throughly sterilized”)
For sources of error, look through the experiment. Are there any areas where contamination could occur? Were there any measurements you had to take that were inexact or could’ve been misread or misinterpreted? Things like that.
