7. How did the Great Compromise, reached during the Constitutional Convention of 1787, settle the issue of representation in Congress?

On one side, Napoleon signed a treaty, known as Concordat in 1801, which re-established good relations with the Catholic church. But, then a couple of years later in 1804, during the coronation he didn't allowed Pope to put a crown on his head. He did it alone, thus proving that he is above his authority.
