The new system of production during the Second Industrial Revolution meant that unskilled workers could find work in factories doing simple tasks that were repeated over and over, since this is what constituted the division of labor. 

The low-skilled workers found work quickly in the new big factories in the city. This workforce came from the large migrational wave, in the first place the migration was from the countryside to the city, and in the second instance there was a great migration from Europe to a large part of America, but above all to the new urban centers.

I know that you work hard everyday to bring home money for your family. You look for the best products, you talk to the right people, you do your best. However, I'm sure you agree with me that, despite all your efforts, you never get the rewards that you deserve.
