With all the issues between North and South that started the Civil war ,would the end of the war completely settle these issues ?

This schism was in 1051 where the orthodox Christians became separated from roman Christianity, this was due to the Byzantines believing that there emperor was appointed by god thus was divine. Therefore when the holy trinity became a thing in the West (Rome) they disagreed with it thus becoming a different branch of Christianity.
