First option, relation 1 and relation 4
Step-by-step explanation:
Because they both cross one of the two axes once, which from what I remember, makes it a function.
Hope this makes sense, and please correct me if I'm wrong :)

area = length x width
rectangle ABCD
length: 5 ft
width: ?
area: 35 ft
(plug into area equation)
35 = 5 x w
(divide by 5 on both sides)
7 = w
the width of rectangle ABCD is 7ft
rectangle EFGH
length: 25 ft
width: ?
area: ?
remember how i said ABCD and EFGH are similar? this is when it becomes important
length of ABCD:length of EFGH
5:25
5 x ? = 25
5 x 5 = 25
now multiply the width by 5 just like we just did for the length
7 x 5 = 35
35 is the width of rectangle EFGH
(plug into area equation)
area of EFGH = 25 x 35
875 ft^2 is the area of rectangle EFGH
