Similarities between their constructions are, A new straight line of any length in each case is required to be drawn. A point must first be located on the straight line drawn. Then, an arc is to be drawn at the appropriately point through the line in each case. The radius of the arcs are different in each case.As for the differences their constructions, Jaymie uses any radius to draw an arc on which the angle would be copied using the initial marked point. Annie should use the length of the given segment as the radius for her arc.Jaymie would then copy accurately the measure of the given angle and mark it on the arc. Annie does not copy any angle. She would then draw a line through the point on the arc to coincide with the initial point located on the straight line. While Annie's radius as the distance from the point on the line to where the arc cuts the straight line is the required segment.
