I believe that there are two available options here that can correctly answer the question: Internet users in the Republic of China must adhere to strict Internet use policies. These strict policies reflect which characteristics of an unlimited government. These two options are: 3. Restrictions regarding freedom of the press and 5. Restrictions regarding freedom of expression.
Explanation:
It is first useful to remember that in general terms an unlimited government type is one in which the ruling government, has all the power, and controls all aspects of life for a nation. As such, people have very little say, very little voice or vote, and must adhere completely to what the ruling system wants. One example still in existence is North Korea. China, at some point, did adhere to this type of absolute unlimited government, but throughout the years, some of the strictest aspects changed under the pressure of international influence and also under to influence of mass media. However, the Chinese government, unlike others, does not release the idea of unlimited government, and still applies some of its aspects. The two most clear ones are: curtail of freedom of press, and curtail of freedom of expression, exerted through the limitations on Internet, and especially, social media. In China, people may vote, travel, have no restrictions on gener or age, but they are limited and controlled on what they can access on the Internet and what they can publish on social media. Chinese people only have access to sites and social media that are approved by the government and can only publish what the government will allow. Anything else, is banned.
