de regalo te daremos la receta. ARROZ CON ELOTE, CREMA Y QUESO Para 6 personas
Ingredientes:
250 g de arroz
3 elotes desgranados
100 g de queso Oaxaca
100 g de crema
2 chiles cuaresmeños
1 taza de caldo de pollo
Quieres hacer arroz para 12 personas, siguiendo exactamente la receta de la abuelita, y
tienes en casa lo siguiente:
1 kg de arroz
6 elotes
200 g de queso Oaxaca
500 g de crema
5 chiles cuaresmeños
4 tazas de caldo de pollo
Utilizando los datos proporcionados, responde las siguientes preguntas, justificando tus
respuestas.
a) ¿Puedes hacer el arroz para 12 personas?
b) ¿Hay reactivo o reactivos limitantes?
c) Si quisieras hacer arroz para 14 personas ¿podrías?
d) Si quisieras hacer arroz sólo para 3 personas ¿podrías? Ahora basándote en el ejercicio
anterior, escribe una ecuación balanceada que represente alguna reacción química que te
interese. Explica qué representan los coeficientes estequiométricos y que relación tienen
con el concepto de reactivo limitante.
